The hotel's location was fantastic, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. It was conveniently close to downtown Providence, with stores and eateries nearby. My room had Wi-Fi, coffee, and blinds. The bathroom was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was not completely new, so it is probably due for a sprucing up at some point.

The shower at Quality Inn was amazing, with really hot water and high pressure. It was a refreshing way to start the day. The in-room fridge and microwave were also a great convenience for storing leftovers and drinks.

I booked my stay online through Booked.net. When prompted I selected a non smoking room. Once arriving at th hotel I was given a smoking room and told that "booking online does not guarantee your preferences". Instead of being accommodating, the staff was very defensive in telling me that I chose "non smoking preferred" (the only option was "smoking preferred") and that the word preferred does not mean that I would definitely get my choice. The room was smelly and disgusting and only after 2 hours and 2 calls downstairs was our room changed. The staff member at the front desk also told me that "housekeeping was pissed" because we took a shower in the first room before we were moved- only after we were told that the hotel was booked so we didn't think we had a choice but to stay in the nasty room.

The bed wasnt comfortable, but over all the front desk attendant very rude ,very confrontational.

The location is great, specially if you want to stay near a movie theater and restaurants. The hotel is very close to freeway. Brand-new and big rooms come with clean towels as well as a single bed.

During my recent stay at Quality Inn, I had a very enjoyable experience. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment for a good night's sleep. The staff at the main desk was pleasant and always ready to help with any inquiries. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of food and other establishments nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.
